Our Wellness Champs are leading the way to a healthier work environment. Helping their co-workers live their best, they provide leadership, resources and activities for wellness programs at work. Check with your agency insurance coordinator or click on your group below to find your Champ.

Thank you for filling the role and taking the lead! You are the foundation for a healthy work environment and the cornerstone to our face-to-face communication effort. As a Champ, you are a very valuable member of our team, and we want to make sure you have the resources and contacts to be successful at your worksite.

Be a Wellness Champ in your agency
We are looking for enthusiastic HumanaVitality® members who want to share their excitement for improving their health with your coworkers.
What does a Champ do?
Champs are knowledgeable about HumanaVitality
Attend statewide monthly wellness meetings, either in person or via conference call
Provide communication to coworkers about wellness issues and events
Coordinate wellness events at the worksite.
Champs camp event dates
New this year we are breaking the training into two sessions.
The first session: HumanaVitality Basics
A requirement for all of our new champs (but open to everyone who would like a program refresher course). This session will be (generally) from 9:30-11am and will cover the basics of Humana Vitality and being a wellness leader.
The second session: Advanced Worksite Wellness
Beginning around 11am and ending around 3:30 pm this session will provide tools to assist in building a true wellness culture at your worksite (building a wellness council, best practices, nutrition education, Health Department partnership opportunities, etc.).
