A free service that rewards you with a cash incentive and helps lower your out-of-pocket costs when you use cost-effective options for certain medical procedures.
How Compass works
1. Your doctor recommends you have a preventative screening, medical procedure or diagnostic test that is on the list of services currently under the Compass program.
2. Shop your service and receive information on high-quality, cost-effective service providers in your area by calling Compass at 855-869-2133 or going online at
www.compasschoicerewards.com. If you plan to have medical services performed outside of your home area, you will need to call Compass. Their staff will conduct a specialized search and provide you with appropriate options. The process takes less than two minutes, and all you need is your member number from your Humana ID card.
3. If you shop with Compass and use a cost-effective location, you will receive a reward check in the mail within 45 days of your claim being paid. IMPORTANT NOTE: To qualify for a financial incentive reward, you must shop your procedure with Compass at least 24 hours prior to your service.
To learn more about how Compass works, view the recorded webinar below. The link will take you to an external website where you will be asked to enter your email address and then register by entering your first and last name. Once that process is complete, you will be able to begin viewing.
LivingWell Financially with Compass ChoiceRewards
If you have any questions or concerns, contact Compass at 855-869-2133 for assistance.
Compass is a win-win for both you and the KEHP
Since KEHP is "self-funded" (which means you and other KEHP members, not an insurance company, help pay the total medical and pharmacy claims costs), when you choose Compass, you not only lower your healthcare costs, but also lower the cost to KEHP. We are sharing those savings with you through this financial incentive!
Compass is more than wellness
Compass ChoiceRewards is available for a variety of other medical services and diagnostic tests. A complete list of procedures available can be found by visiting the Compass website or calling the toll-free number listed above.
